“Very nice. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Well lit property. Great price. Beds were okay. Seemed safe enough.”

“Issues arose upon entering the room they put us in as right away there was a live cockroach on one of the bed pillows. Room was generally clean yet where were more roaches? Pool was locked and not open on a day with 100 degrees, no notification of it not being out of order. Breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful. Did not report roaches in the room as that would create more problems and possible anger from the staff.”

“By far the best of the “value” hotels in the area. No frills, but far cleaner and maintained than the nearby competition. Night clerk remembers you and seems to work every day. Not much of a continental breakfast but the coffee is hot. Bring a bigger cup than provided. Blackout curtains lap set your alarm. Quiet the nights I stayed there.”

“Newly remodeled. Elevator access to second floor. Friendly staff. No continental breakfast but coffee was good enough for me. Just a few bucks more than other value hotels and well worth it. Well lit parking lot. HEB grocery store across the freeway and plenty of nearby dining options. Just a couple miles from historic downtown area.”
