Our room was presentable. The air conditioner blew ambient temperature air (not cool). The breakfast was not worth serving. However, the staff was nice and the common areas were clean. I would stay again.

Room had a huge watermark on the ceiling that was patched over. It wasn’t exactly aesthetically pleasing but the ceiling did not leak. The tv didn’t work. I asked the staff about it and was told it was blocked because of my Amazon account not being set up. I should not have to login to watch television so that was disappointing. Wi-Fi was slow at times so I had trouble working in the room and had to use my hot spot.

Walking in the front door you can just feel how peaceful this property is. The lady who checked us in was so very polite. The room was amazing. It was so scerene, so quiet. The decor, air conditioning, black out curtains and everything working made it even better. The bed was so comfortable. It was the best sleep we had our entire trip. Great water pressure. (Every other hotel we have stayed at this week had horrible water pressure!) Coffee pot in the room was so nice for me! They also had a small breakfast downstairs that included some hot items. The hotel is located in an odd spot, so I would suggest getting your food before getting to the hotel. It is just easier than getting out again. Also, after you get there you won't want to leave! We will for sure stay here again on our next trip!

First off upon my check in there was a glitch in their system I paid with my credit card & on my end the credit card machine says approved but on the employee side they said it didn’t go thru ! It even was showing on my credit card app so I had to run my card again so I had 2 charges ! So I finally get checked in , we enter the room & it had a stale type of smell , on one of the beds the comforter was ripped ! The thermostat that’s on the wall had some type of reddish/brown substance smeared on top of it that I didn’t notice until the second day ! On the night stand was a note pad & pen with their logo on it & it was dirty on the bottom like something had been wasted & then dried on the bottom of it ! The pool was dirty there was a little dirt & some bugs in it ! Down in the dining area near one of the windows was rain sitting on the inside of the window ! After my first day there my key cards stop working & I had to go back to the front desk to get them to fix it ! If I could insert pics I surely would ! I don’t recommend this hotel !!!!! Run !!!!

Check in was quick and easy. The lady at the front desk was extremely polite and remembered me from a past stay. My room was nice and clean and smelled just like fresh laundry. I enjoyed my stay.

It was in a great location right next to the interstate. Easy access to whoever we need to go. We’re in town for a wedding. The room was clean and well stopped with towels. The only complaint would be the air conditioning as cold as I would have liked. The continental buffet was good included waffle sausage, eggs, and other breakfast items.

Room restroom smelled like urine, 4th floor was extremely hot. The room had a constant stale moldy smell. Housekeeping did not have a broom to sweep the restroom floor so she used the dusty vacuum that didn’t do anything.
