“The cabin was just as described and everything about the booking / arrival / departure was easy. A nice break from staying in Harrisonburg and close to the entrance of Shenandoah National Park. Would stay here again.”

“Although we stayed just one night, we wish we could have stayed a couple more. It’s a lovely house built on an old log cabin. We enjoyed the quaint house and had fun in the back yard laughing over a campfire. We had a surprise visit from Charley, the neighborly yellow lab who came for a treat.”

“Our family vacation was wonderful at the Fireside Lodge. The room setup worked perfectly for our family with the children on the lower level and the adults on the top level. We loved the decorating scheme and the awesome light fixtures. The dining room’s custom made table was beautiful and so roomy and we spent lots of time there talking, eating, and playing game. The location was perfect away from the traffic yet close to everything. We hope to stay there again when we travel to Massanutten....

“The cabin is extremely well-appointed and immaculate. The only thing we wished we had was more time to enjoy it! All appliances are brand new, with plenty of hot water and the heating system kept up with the 20 degree weather without issue.The scenery is amazing and during our week-long stay we were visited by three deer a couple of times and at least 6 types of birds. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck as much as we did the absolute peace and quiet, which made up for the 30 minute drive...
