Upon arrival, could not get checked in because their internet is terrible and not stable. After running my card 4 times, finally it went through, although they didn’t share this information.
We were given a 1st room floor at the end of hallway near air conditioner, Room 102, which had been leaking into the hall for who knows how long. After slipping twice and reporting to the front desk, their solution was to leave it running, and put a wet floor sign up along with a noisy fan right outside my door. Our door, which had appeared to been kicked in or damaged at some point, had a large gap you could see into the hallway easily, which was unsafe and allow the awful smell from the fan come right into our room. On second night, had to finally go back to front desk and demand they turn it off so we could sleep, since the sound and smell was pouring into our room. There was not a manager available, and could tell the front desk workers were new and inexperienced in handling issues. Was never offered a different room, or anything for our horrible stay. The water from the A/C soaked one of our bags w inside the room, and was a horrible experience overall.
