We love staying here because the rooms are much nicer than any other hotel in the area. The kitchenette’s are very useful, and having windows that actually open and dedicated work spaces are so wonderful. We stay there about once a month for work, and the mattresses are sometimes too stiff, and it’d go a long way to have robes in the rooms too! Especially for such a beautiful boutique hotel!

Front desk person was very unfriendly and uninterested.

Very average hotel. The rooms are VERY small, with tiny bathroom. The lobby restaurant does not have enough staff to accommodate the hundreds (thousands??) of people looking to purchase coffee and food every morning. The lines are insane at both check-in and for food. They had the mobile room key and online check-in option, but you couldn't use it until you showed ID at the front desk, so its useless.

Lovely boutique hotel just a few blocks from Grand Central. Area is relatively quiet with so many shops and eateries near by. The property is small with just a few rooms on each floor. The elevators are super fast and require key access. It feels very safe. The rooms are tiny - and yet well appointed, clean and very nice. Loved having plenty of places to plug in devices. Appreciated having a steamer in the room. Great for couples, mom/daughter adventures or singles. Highly recommended.

Great staff, clean facility, great location, would stay again. The only negative was how busy the elevators got during morning time frame when everybody was heading out. Other than that had a great experience.
