Overall I would give this property two stars. Upon arriving we checked in and brought our luggage up to the room and immediately went to a local restaurant that Jenn at the front desk had recommended. Upon our return we discovered that not only was the TV in our room not working but neither were the lights near the beds. The next room that we were moved to wasn't much better; the lights between the beds weren't working. On to the third room! Except for not having a luggage rack and only having towels for one person, everything seemed to be fine. Still having the key to the first room, I went back and got more towels and a luggage rack from there and moved them to room #3. It had been a long day on the road and we really were not pleased. Jenn was as helpful as possible but the issues should have been reported and those rooms should not have been used until they were ready for guests. I will say both Jenn and a very nice lady in housekeeping on the third floor tried their best to make their guests comfortable but the 2 people we encountered in the breakfast area really need some training in customer service. Breakfast was not the best or the worst but the second morning there was no butter for the pre-cooked waffles, english muffins or bagels which left a very limited selection of items. We understood that they might receive some butter later in the day! This was a mid-price hotel offering economy service in most areas.
