“Hotel had everything you needed”

“Do not stay at this hotel. It is dirty, ill maintained, and the staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Upon check in we were told that the room we had reserved would not be given to us and instead we would be placed at a downgraded room for the same price. After almost 2 hours of trying to resolve the issue, the customer service agents from Expedia were able to get the hotel to honor our reservation. The hotel manager refused to speak to us and the front desk people were very unwelcoming. Once……

“Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. ”
