Clean, basic and noisy when in a room on the road side. Warm but appreciate the fan and although not many plug sockets, the room had everything you could want. A one night stay and didn’t spend too much time in the room and the tram stops right outside.

Arrived just before 2pm (3pm check in) and the door was locked. Tried the buzzer, but no answer. Also tried the number on the booking and outside- no answer. I then had to wait more than 30 minutes in the car park until one of the cleaners came out, which allowed me access. There was absolutely nobody in the hotel. I then sat in the reception until around 3.15pm when the manager/owner arrived. The room was clean and tidy, but rather dated For over £100 per night I would expect better to be honest. Check out was at 10am, and I overslept- but bearing in mind that there are 5 hours between check out and check in, and the hotel was very quiet, it came as quite a shock when the water was shut off at 10am on the dot, whilst I was in the shower!
