“The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and roomy. Only my husband and I stayed this trip, but the space is plenty large enough to accommodate a family. Thank you to Spencer and his wife for helping us by quickly replacing the large flat screen TV that went on the fritz. They were so attentive and pleasant to deal with. The apartment is actually in walking distance to restaurants and sights in Topsham and Brunswick. We hiked the bridge loop trail and really enjoyed it. Supermarket……

“Our time in Brunswick was great and this Vrbo was OUTSTANDING!! The rental was very comfortable, clean, well appointed and very quiet. Also, it was bright and spacious, comfortable and cosy. The sunlight coming through the sliding glass doors in the morning was warming and lovely. We found the bed to be very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. “This was a perfect little place for the weekend. Quiet yet walkable to downtown, I loved this rental. It was the weekend of my father's celebration of life and this was a perfect place to unwind and relax leading up to, and after, the celebration. The couple upstairs have a beautiful black dog, too!”

“Our check in process was a little strange. We had not received any information prior to showing up about how to access the unit. Instead, when we arrived there was a person that came up to us and showed us how to get in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would be meeting a person because check in was anytime after 4pm. Would she had still been there if we didn't arrive until later that night? The unit did provide some essentials like a hair dryer and shampoo which was nice.……

“This property has no place to put things, very minimal kitchen equipment, no lamps, no comfy chair, no TV instructions, no bedding for extra beds. Very clean but challenging to actually stay there. Outside box with key very difficult to access, broke two nails trying.”

“As advertised: a lovely place to stay, extremely safe and quiet area, close to conveniences. Host was easy to reach and responded quickly & friendly. Only marked 4 stars on cleanliness due to some cobwebs and area in front of door had grass clippings that could have been cleaned off. Would definitely stay here again!”
