Lo mejor del hotel el personal de recepción, atetísimos, muy pendientes, un diez. Las habitaciones estándar son de tres estrellas, con muebles viejos y desgastados. Salvo una ventana pequeña que se puede abrir, las demás tienes una especie de tupida red pegada al cristal por dentro que impide el paso de la luz y no deja ver el exterior. En la ducha se agradecería una jabonera para no tener que dejar el champú en el suelo.

Recomendable y tranquilo
Estuve solo un fin de semana. La habitación de la foto es muy parecida a la que me correspondió. Es una habitación agradable pero bastante pequeña. En mi caso se trataba de una habitación de uso individual en la que estuve confortable aunque tenía una carencia importante: no disponía la habitación de una mesa cómoda para poder trabajar con el ordenador. La habitación estaba bien insonorizada con el exterior. Si acaso, una posible leve molestia auditiva interna para quien no tenga que levantarse a primerísima hora, ya que el comedor de desayunos no tiene puertas separadoras y el sonido de los platos, vasos, cubiertos, etc. al estar abierto al patio interno son apreciables desde la habitación. Como opción personal, prefiero la cama cubierta con sábanas y manta en vez de con la sábana edredón nórdica, que no cubre toda la cama. El personal no habla español, por lo que la comunicación debe hacerse en otros idiomas, como francés o inglés. Como había hecho la reserva a través de internet, no me dieron la factura de mi estancia, lo cual me sorprendió por ser la primera vez que me ha pasado. Me dijeron que la reclamase al sitio de internet con el que había contratado el hotel. Por lo demás, todo muy bien, agradable y recomendable, incluido el desayuno buffet.

Hotel palacete muy bonito
Estuvimos en un habitacion deluxe y tanto los pasillos como la habitación eran increibles, con muchos cuadros y lámparas de cristal. Nuestra habitación era como una suite, muy grande, separada en 2 estancias y cómoda, aunque el baño un poco pequeño. También se echaba en falta unos visillos en las ventanas para poder quitar las cortinas oscuras durante el día. El personal correcto y el desayuno aunque muy pequeño aceptable, con todo lo necesario y de calidad.

ESTANCIA AGRADABLE Y TRATO PERSONAL TAMBIEN
Fuimos mi mujer y yo de viaje , habiendo pasado una agradable y esquisita instancia en este hotel Le Boutique Hotel de Moxa , sin saber idiomas , se esforzaron muchisimo , en comprender nuestro idioma, y satisfacer nuestras necesidades , como ir al centro de la ciudad, guiarnos mediante un mapa , de donde se encontraba la ciudad, ademas a la hora de marcharnos, teniamos que salir a las 12:00 de la mañana ,pero resulta que nosotros teniamos el vuelo para España (Barcelona) a las 19:30 , y recepcion estubo hablando con el gertente del hotel para ver si nos podiamos quedar un poco mas tarde , y nos dejaron hasta las 16:30 , en general muy atentos, muy agradables , buena presencia y centrico y maravilloso

Disappointing staying
I received an "upgrade" from standard to deluxe, as included in the reservation. but I could not see the improvement. Small, noisy room at the ground floor with contractors working or passing close to the window. Hot water missing in the morning. Quite disappointed, this time. I expected more from 4* hotel. I'm a frequent guest at this hotel. I have been staying here about twice or three times a year, for the last 5-6 years. Throughout that time, there were slumps (think: pandemic) and booms in occupancy. Regardless of the cycle, the service has always been flawless. I'm deeply grateful to all the staff--some of whom I've now known for years--for their kind attention to their guests' needs. Thank you!

Great find!
My wife and I (from New York City) were pleasantly surprised by Le Boutique Moxa (Not to be confused with the Marriott branded Moxy Hotels). Our room had a cute terrace and it was spacious - far more spacious ironically than the room we had at The Moxy Hotel financial district in NYC. The hotel is steps away from Calea Victoriei, which has tons of cafés, shopping, tourist attractions like The Atheneu & art museum. At night, we walked 10 minutes a trendy spot called Mița Biciclișta for some drinks. Staff was incredibly friendly, very strong English comprehension (Alex and Bogdan were super helpful to us). The gym is tiny, but adequate.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautifully decorated and updated hotel. The staff was very polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious, very clean, boasting gorgeous high ceilings. We often found ourselves stopping in the hallways of the hotel , admiring and taking pictures of all the artwork pieces. Breakfast was included with our stay which consisted of an European style buffet and freshly baked delicious pastries. The ladles at the bar served us with tasty cappuccinos and lattes. We visited Bucharest during extremely hot weather, but the hotel's air conditioning system was properly working and kept us cool and comfortable while being in our rooms. We highly recommend this boutique hotel and it's definitely our favorite place to book next time we visit Bucharest.

Great Hotel in middle of Bucharest
A great boutique hotel, with a nice garden where you can stay outside. It is a bit old but the conditions are great. The location is also wonderful, walking distance to the middle of Bucharest and still quiet.

I keep coming back to Moxa. They are my port of call, once landed in Bucharest. Love the intimate feel of the place. Love the people running it--from the cleaning staff to the managers. Ok hotel
We expended 4 nights, had two rooms one was nicer than the other, one of them was at the older more tired part of the hotel, but closer to the breakfast hall. The breakfast staff was very attentive, fantastic. At reception were a bit sharp with the information, after a couple of days I realised it was more cultural kind of behaviour.
