“The property was great!”

“good”

“I had never stayed at a Drury Inn, I was missing out. Free drinks and dinner every night, fresh hot breakfast, friendly staff. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the parking lot. This particular location had a relatively small parking lot and so parking could be a bit of a challenge.”

“I was only here for 24 hours, I booked a trip for a concert and to visit one of my best friends here in the city. When we arrived, the room I had requested (family suite) was not available at check-in time however, the front desk and management by far exceeded my expectations in making the situation better. We were on a tight deadline to shower and get into the room quickly, so they were able to find us a room, and did some other things to go above and beyond great customer service!!!! From……

“It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. ”

“Nice, clean, and good price.”

“The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good (variety of options); the waffles were a highlight for my fam. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was amply spacious. The pool was a bonus!”

“Very clean and comfortable to stay and the service is also very good. Very blown away by their staff.”

“Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk.”

“Me gustó todo excelente atenciones”
