“Dirty room, mold and bad bathroom”

“It was not the standard Holiday Inn express I've become accustom too. A little shabby, but the staff were helful to a point. I was never able to connect to the internet, The room, even though the beds were fresh, the room felt not a clean as I have enjoyed in the pass, with HIE.”

“Very clean comfortable room with a great price!”

“everything was clean and quiet. I would’ve chosen five stars for everything, but it wouldn’t let me.”

“Tried to get my money back for a night and they wouldn’t issue it don’t stay here they have bed bugs”

“Great price and nice hotel. Was an easy 30 min drive to downtown Nashville.”

“Great place to stay”

“Microwave in room didn't work. Microwave in lobby barely worked. Bathroom in our room was dirty. Breakfast was lacking.”

“The rooms were clean and modern, the king bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was convenient with a good variety each day, but the real superstar at this location is the staff. All of them. Kudos to the manager who is hiring and training them! They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for us.”

“Staff were rude ,plus paid for pool that was closed . Breakfast was a tiny cup of coffee and old muffin . Very disappointing !!!!”

“More than adequate for a night's rest, especially at this price point compared to other places I've been to before this trip! Nice surprise finding such an option close by!”
