"We paid a lot of money for a supposedly 5* room but we’re not allowed to use the pool (even though there was nowhere stating it wasn’t included in our reservation). The toilet leaked and the sink leaked and the property was dated. The beds were comfortable though. Staff rushed to help Asian travellers but not us and it felt like they were more interested in the tour groups than us. It was helpful to leave our luggage and the luggage staff were helpful. "The room and hotel in general was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The breakfast was perhaps not the best (4/5) but still plenty of options. I would happily stay here again."

"I didn’t give 5 stars for amenities because I did not have time to utilize it on this trip. But overall the location was great. I felt more of a local vibes than a touristy place which I liked."

"Room wasn’t that clean and there was damage to the walls, most likely from luggage. However, the room was larger than normal which was the only positive. Staff were not always available at front desk. Location ok. No breakfast available even though website says there is."
