Beautiful marina view and extremely affordable
Don't expect the Ritz Carlton but the unit is very nice and accurately represented online. And a VERY fair price. And the main reason you stay here is because of the absolute fantastic Marina view. Watching the boats come and go can last all day and into the night. The fishermen are roaming about like ants at about 5:30 in the morning. If you really want some action, walk over to the gas dock about that time. Great breakfast place opens at seven. Although the facility itself does not have a pool we went on to resortpass.com and got a day pass for $100 a person at the Vista rooftop pool at Hacienda Encantada just a few miles away . And you get $50 back in food and beverage credit so your real cost is only $50 a person for the day with a magnificent pool, hot tub, view and spa facility usage.

The property looked exactly as the posted pictures. Great view of the marina.!!! If your looking for quiet time this is not the place the marina is loud and busy. Full of fun and entertainment. Great time thank you ready to come back fishing!!!

Oh man it was so nice to leave the -45 degree! We loved our stay in Cabo! Truly amazing!
The suite was very nice, quiet and clean! The location was perfect, walking distance to everything! The people at the front desk very always very friendly, happy and helpful even with the language barrier! But we were able to communicate and get answers to our questions! The beach is beauty and very easily accessible only minutes away! To see the watercraft from a cruise ship in the bay to a dingy big enough for a sailor and his dog. Watching the boats leave and return, was awesome. It is truly amazing how hard everyone works in the marina keeping it clean and safe. Will definitely return for another trip down the road. Thank you for letting us use your place for our getaway—- it was awesome!

Nice place to stay
Very good location to the beach and town center. Place had all the utilities you needed to make yourself at home. Hot water wasn't hot enough for me to wash dishes but was able to heat water for my liking. Great people watching from the deck.

Our condo was on the water. We only had 1 night where the music was very loud.
The staff at the condo complex were very helpful and made us feel welcomed. The condo is really quaint and we look forward to our next trip to Cabo. We have found a location that we will definitely stay again!

The property is right on the marina in a great location.
Had a problem communicating with the front desk staff as both employees did not understand a lot of english. Emptying the garbage was a pretty good walk down the street from the hotel. Decorations in the hotel were very dated.

Great location
The condo was in a great location for walking around the marina and medano beach areas. The condo was a good size for two people and had some kitchen amenities. There was some lipstick on the cups and the bathroom floor was dirty, but otherwise everything was clean and in good condition. Thanks!

Has the perfect location right on the marina . Bed very comfortable . We were there in Feb 2017 and unfortunately the sun never reaches around to your balcony so if you are looking for sun then this wouldn't be the place for you. We found it very loud at nite , the sound travels across the marina till 4:30 AM most mornings from the nite clubs . If you want to sleep all day on the beach then the sound till the early hours in the morning might not be an issue. The front desk staff is awesome !

Hi Lou, Thank you for the review. Later in the spring there is a little sun on the deck. It is nice to come back after a day at the beach and have the cooler breeze. Downtown Cabo is right at your front door and yes the nightlife is busy. Like I said in my description "you are in the heart of Cabo" Thank your booking. Chris

Very fun location, lots of interesting things to see right out the lanai
This unit suited our needs very well, as first time visitors to Cabo we wanted to be in the center of activity with a good base to explore from. The marina has a lot of activity and we really enjoyed watching the coming and going of the multitude of fishing vessels each day right from our balcony. The unit is quite basic but spacious and clean, and the front desk folks are very helpful. The owner, Chris, was more than helpful with suggestions for local activities, especially regarding the shuttle service to and from the airport. I suggest setting up both directions in advance so you are able to avoid the hordes of timeshare sales people at the airport who will surely snag you if they can. It's a short walk to a wonderful sandy swimming beach and all the restaurants and shops in town.

Great value!
My mom and I stayed here and we really enjoyed it. The balcony was great especially for people watching. The bed was very comfortable. It needs a little TLC as things are out dated. All in all its location is the best. Close to everything and the beach. No need for a car. Will stay here again and have recommended to my sister and her husband. Used bahaonly.com for transportation to and from airport. $84 for two round trips. Great value!
