The motel and staff were wonderful. The surrounding area is just like you see on news. There is dead cats, dogs and a lot of trash on the sidewalks. Children and adults begging for money. Can not walk feet without someone trying to sell you something. And no doesn't mean much to them. So if you are not ready to see the real world it's not for you. For me it opened my eyes 😟. But on other note all the guided tours are awesome.

Room was clean and modern although the pictures online did not match the room we were given. Staff excellent. Breakfast brought in but had a lot of different items to eat.
Nightime - our first night it was so noisy all night long. Second night was much quieter but you could still hear traffic noise. Not for a long time duration.

The location is perfect
There is easy access within a two min walk to the pyramids entrance and many restaurants with rooftop views of the grounds
The pool is too cold for kids in the winter seasons
The breakfast is so big and full of options that if you don’t like one thing you will like another
The women and younger gentleman that work at the hotel are wonderful
The older guy ( might be the owner) is a liar
Don’t trust him when he quotes you how much things will cost
All tours cheaper online
He told us he could get us a ride to the museum for 40$ US when in reality a cab or tuk tuk is 2-6$ on the street depending on traffic
