“The pool was closed due to renovation. We entered the room and was not smelling good. There was a table in the room but no chair for sitting. They forget to put towels. There is no towels at all. “The photos seemed to have outdated style/appliances which I don't mind as long as everything is well kept and clean which the reviews suggested. Upon arrival at the room, I opened the door and was immediately taken back by the smell; seemingly of body odor, onions and old food. My husband ran into the bathroom needing to pee after driving over 8 hrs. After further inspection, everything was filthy. “Very welcoming staff. Easy and fast check in. My room was very clean. It looks like some new flooring has been added. The bathroom was immaculate. Looks like it was recently refurbished/upgraded. Great water flow in the shower, good hot water and REAL towels!!!”

“Room smelt musty or old cigarette odor. Dry mirror above sink was like looking into a mirror full of steam. Roll of toilet paper was almost done and no spare. Remote control only turned tv off and on and adjusted volume. Couldn’t search or change channels. Shower head brutal. Ice machine worked.”
