"Cleaning staff could have been a little more observant for this multi day stay. No floor mat getting out of the shower on day two. Did not empty the trash cans on day three. "

"Staff was absolutely stunning. Any issues we had got instantly resolved! Having amazing conversations and relatable times with staff allowed an easy and homely stay for our week at the red lion. Each person was personal and if a situation were to raise it was instantly resolved!"

"Our room key was very difficult to use and we had to go get help to get into our room. The sweet girl from the desk showed us the "trick" which was to go extremely slowly and tilt the key to one side to make it work. That shouldn't have been necessary. The key should have worked with no problems. We were never sure if we would get into our room or have to go get help. The mattress smelled of vomit on my husband's side and when we let the desk staff know at check out they mortified, were apologetic and said they will send someone immediately to take care of it. I have no doubt if we had asked the night before they would have changed rooms for us. The bed was sooooooooooooo comfortable! The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly and I have reservations to stay there again. "

"Took our boys to Boise to visit family over Fall Break, they loved and lived at the pool and hot tub. It is close to so many places. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again!"

"We did not use the laundry. The kitchen was great for our needs. We purchased food for eating in breakfasts, and the refrigerator was more than adequate for what we needed, milk, juice and a small jar of jelly. Cupboard space was plenty for other breakfast items. We bought disposable plates, cereal bowls and silverware, as they weren't provided, but there was dish soap, paper towels and a dish and wash cloth. Very adequate for us. Beds were comfortable, but we didn't use the duvet; only a top sheet and blanket enough for warmth. Nice size and clean bathroom. Really recommend this motel. "
