“The whole experience was great. We had an issue at check in, but Elias & Ana helped to resolve the situation. All the staff were helpful, courteous and very polite. The rooms were lovely. I would however recommend on adding more sockets for charging devices and another bin as the only bin is by the toilet. The hotel grounds were stunning and well kept. Would definitely come again. ”
