“Beautiful property, and host really cared about hosting, worth the money ”

“This is a huge resort with amazing helpful people working there however the biggest disappointment was the food both the buffets and à la cartes which needed reservations. For example the “Italian” restaurant was no where close being “italian”. The second was the alcohol seemed water down or mixed or something was off because all it did was give me stomach aches and made me tired and give me headaches. The resort lacks in activities and liveliness. The “bingo” event they had once a week costs……

“Punta Cana Princess is not 5* resort, no more of 3! We waited 4 hours for check in. All the staff are very slow. Be prepared to wait for everything. Our room has holes on the ceiling and the air conditioning works just to make noise. Was hot! The food in the restaurants was good but in the buffets- not so many choices. Buffet on the beach 7 days of exactly the same food- chicken, fish, pasta, rice, fried, burgers, pizza and salad. Beach- no towels afternoon and nobody clean it. Some guy comes……

“Hotel room was ok, and it was good value for money. However, at check-in time, I was charged almost 8% extra when I paid in DOP currency using my Credit Card.”

“Rafael did a great job as our butler each day arranging out dinner reservations and activities. His English is excellent. My toddler had a medical emergency & Rafael got us in minutes to the on-site doctor. Transfer to a nearby private hospital is also possible. The family upgrade at Bávaro is worth it. We traveled with a 2 & 11 year old & it was the best part of vacation. There is childcare staff & play areas in a special access restaurant & family lobby that has games & snacks/drinks 24/7.……

“Saludos El personal en general todos son muy amables desde el front drsk hasta seguridad. Las facilidades son excelentes y área tranquila, sin ruidos mayores. Si fuera a recomendar algo pués hace apenas 3 meses que abrieron este lugar. Serîa tal véz tener un microhondas o màs utencilios camo sarten pequeño para freir.
