I had a wonderful stay at this resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy my vacation. The service was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway. I had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

The staff was very nice also room are big and clean. Also property was clean and enjoyable.nice and big balcony. Breakfast was nice too. For me it was limited due to I am vegetarian. I couldn’t find red chile paper and green chill. That’s all.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a minor mix up with rooms at check in but the staff quickly took care of us. Only problem we had with our room was our jacuzzi jets didn't work. We reported it but it was not taken care of during our stay. In our opinion, buffet food was just ok, but fresh made omelets for breakfast were amazing! We enjoyed the pool but didn't enjoy being bothered to book spa packages and such while trying to relax. Same at the beach, although I was expecting it there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We loved Elvis!

We had an AMAZING time!!! The staff was excellent and provided always time of the line service. The rooms were cleaned daily, and even though some items were a bit outdated, we felt comfortable and appreciated! The nightly shows were amazing as well. Food was okay I️ mean they serve in really big portions you can only expect so much. But overall we had a great time!

The biggest downside is was the main pool is out of service for remodeling for the whole state we were there. During our stay there we were lucky if we ran into 3 groups that spoke English. Mostly a Dominican Republic resort. The cleansers was great after staying at the Majestic Mirage the week before. They could take note from Occidental on cleanliness and the type of furniture to use in the dining halls, outside and in the rooms. Don't expect high-end food for this price could find plenty to eat. Loved the seaside restaurant the upper area for breakfast on weekends and lunch through the week. Great looking grounds Landscaping was awesome. Great size room two full size sofas, a bench with drawers up under it, a desk and chair, a lot of clothes closet space, a big coffee table and chairs on the outside patio with the clothes hanging rack.

Wonderful Stay at Occidental Punta Cana We had a wonderful stay at Occidental Punta Cana and truly enjoyed our vacation. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. A special thank-you to Graciela at the reception desk and Ambronix at the Asian restaurant for their excellent service and warm hospitality. We also appreciated the cheerful entertainment team and the many smiling servers who helped make our stay enjoyable. The beach was particularly impressive. We noticed that the staff were cleaning and maintaining the beach regularly, which made the area feel clean and pleasant. Whenever we needed assistance, the staff were quick to respond and willing to help. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and created many wonderful memories. We would be happy to return to Occidental Punta Cana!

The Occidental Punta Cana resort was okay. ... needs to improve the rooms and some areas. We upgraded to the Royal level and it didn't impress us. ... there needs to be better services, better rooms, and more areas for the Royal level guests with an easy and relaxing way to enjoy their stay. The food in the restaurants and buffets was okay, some of them better than others, but needs to be improved. The staff service is excellent ... Pamela and Samuel in the Royal level bar, Yenifer around the restaurants, Henry, Anthony by the Royal level office and Ricardo the Expedia concierge. Thank you for your great services. The check in and out was pretty easy and fast. Overall we had a good time.

Pretty good property. Staff were helpful, well-mannered and friendly. Food was okay; I’m quite a picky eater so this might contribute to my review on it, but I tried a few foods and they were just okay. The crepes were amazing though and so were the eggs and pasta they had. The room had good AC and the cleaners did a good job making sure the room was cleaned.

Rooms were very spacious and tidy. The beaches were clean and well kept. The service was great even when busy. There were many options at the restaurants and the buffets. We enjoyed always having some kind of food place open on site for a snack when needed. I would make sure to review the map and know what areas are for royal members and what aren't. One of the bars is not listed as royal but you wont get served there unless you are, and the whole left side of the beach is for royals only. Only a small hiccup but its worth noting so you are less confused. Otherwise a beautiful place and we would consider coming again.

I liked the friendly staff, the abundance of food and drinks was something we enjoyed. What we didn’t like is the lack of room housekeepers and the cleanliness of the bedsheets used. Also it was clear that there was a seaweed season and they didn’t seem to be prepared to have it clean that to some extent ruined the beauty of the sea view and the opportunity to swim.
