Everyone was very helpful and attentive. I did not like that the dining was limited at night. Sometimes there were two restaurants closed and you had to wait an hour to eat

The good: Although the decor/aesthetic was a bit old fashioned the resort was well maintained and clean. The Bad: Every time we turned on the vent in the bathroom it smelled like a sewer, there was hurricane a few weeks ago so maybe that had something to do with it. The food was terrible, there is no other word to describe it. There were nights that I could not find anything enjoyable to eat and I had to settle just to curb my hunger. The Asian restaurant 3/10, Mexican restaurant 6/10, Sea side grill 0/10, Pool restaurant 6/10, buffet 0/10.

The property is not perfect, its a good place to have a vacation, the night life is good, we recommend to upgrade to prefered, we just felt we needed a bit more cleaning on the beaches and the rooms on what we paid for should have been OceanFront not a peak of the ocean and overall a good hotel for what we did and will look for other hotels

The property was very easy to navigate and child friendly. the main restaurant could have been a little bigger for the breakfast buffet, but overall had a good expeirence.

The Resort is beautiful and well keep. Rooms could use some upgrade. Like some rooms air conditionings system don’t put out enough air. Basin sinks faucets not functioning and front doors that get suck because door framing swell with humidity and hot temperatures.

Great property... service was very good, very clean resort. Drinks seemed to be generic brand of alcohol. The area around the resort is not quite built up yet. Overall great experience though!

I wanted to like this resort but my family and I were very underwhelmed. Unfortunately the hurricane left us to suffer with limited availability to alot of the amenities the resort normally offers. The food was not the best and the staff were not very friendly. The air condition kept going out and the power was off several times during our stay.
