“This house was perfect. Great location, easy check in and out, we came for a baseball tournament and the boys had a great time playing pool. Nothing is more than 30 minutes away from here— the beach, baseball fields or many great restaurants. Leigh made sure we were comfortable the entire time. “We couldn't have been happier with the house.......it was just as nice as advertised in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were very nice, and the pool was very nice (heated just right). The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking either indoors or outside......the only thing I wish it would have had was bicycles but they did provide kayaks. The property manager was great to work with......communicated……

“We booked the property for a Quinceañera we were attending in Cape Coral. Property was Very Very Spacious. Wish we could have take. Advantage of the pool ! But we were very pleased with everything about the property, rental process and the host. Told owner about a couple of maintenance issues and he will be taking care of those once we check-out. We were a group of 14 then had some family members add themselves but told owner he they said it was fine. Then didn’t even need to stay as they drove……
