Our stay was amazing. The entire staff was great as well but I want to give an extra big shoutout to staff members Fee, Maxwell, Tyron, Row and Ms. The Greathouse Restaurant. They treated us with extra care and we really appreciate them. Will be back again for sure.

Ladera Resort was even better than we imagined. Our suite was incredible-the best view & amenities. The entire resort staff was extremely kind and helpful (special shout outs to Vianney, Felix & Ariella). Highly recommend booking a meal package because all the food is incredible. We were so happy to stay active utilizing the outdoor gym, fitness center & hiking trails with incredible views. Highly recommend Ladera for your honeymoon or any special occasion!

The staff was not friendly at all. Not rude but unwelcoming. They gave me the wrong room and couldn’t get on the same page with correcting that issue. I lost two day of plans waiting on the fix. The food was just okay. My highlight was off the resort but the biggest expense was the resort
