A nice feature is that the pool is open 24 hours, which I loved. Minor complaints: Visitors should be aware that the land along Reduit Beach near the hotel is walled off and under major construction. You have to walk down a pretty unattractive stretch of road to access the beach. We asked for a room change to a higher floor when we arrived and were told that the hotel was at capacity, but the room next to us and several others seemed to remain empty during our 4 day visit. Again, these are minor issues. The place is beautiful. (1,001 reviews) Rooms are very spacious and well kept (freshly painted, new appliances). Pool is very nice, gym is OK (excellent variety of equipment for a hotel gym, but kind of old/worn). Location right on the beach is fantastic — water is SO nice. And plenty of water sport options to be had. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Of note, we did have a bunch of minor problems — TV didn’t work, shower drain got clogged, key entry stopped working. They did fix them all fairly quickly, but I guess they could use a bit of a maintenance upgrade. None caused us anything other than a First World Problem! Overall, a very nice stay in Saint Lucia. I think other resorts may be nicer, but value here was definitely good from whatever else I saw. (480 reviews) In a lovely setting! All the cottages are separate, some high and low, with 2 different pools. Cottages are rustic - so be prepared for that as my shower was outside. The room was clean and they provide a central water cooler. The breakfast was great, however i would recommend going somewhere else for dinner like Ladera or Rabot The staff were nice, but it always seemed like you were bothering them was asking them questions. Easy to get around if you have a car, but otherwise it's a little tricky. Close to the superman waterfalls and the sulphur springs, but still need a car to travel to them. Chocolate tour was underwhelming and as the staff seem so demotivated, the tour was very flat. However, they did make an effort on my birthday to decorate my bed, which was a lovely touch.
