Wonderful

My partner and I visited St. Lucia because he is from there and I will say that the Windjammer Landing made it that much better. Since the time we checked in to check out our stay was amazing. The staff was so friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was amazing. We tried 3 of the restaurants and they did not disappoint. Papa Dons was my favorite. The breakfast buffet had so much variety. We had to walk back to our villa after every meal because we were so stuffed. All the amenities were great. The villa was greatly decorated and had an amazing view. There were events scheduled everyday all day from morning yoga to beach volleyball competitions to an evening DJ. We hated to leave and are already planning our next trip.

We didn’t have hot water for the first two days so cold showers. As a result, we had to change rooms but communication was terrible we were told to be ready to change rooms at 11 am so we packed everything up and they took our luggage. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t let us into the new room until 6 pm so we didn’t have our belongings and staff were giving us the run around when we kept asking and checking in. The staff were friendly and nice but we wish communication was better.

Staff was very helpful. Food was great. Really relaxing and private. Even on crowded days there was still room at the bar, pool, and restaurants.

The property was gorgeous. Set amongst lush greenery, blue skies, and the pitons makes it a dream getaway. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. It’s almost like they anticipate your needs. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile, truly remarkable and a staff to be honored. Ray, the head gardener, gave the best, most fun, and interactive garden tour. All the ladies at reception went above and beyond my requests (I am bad with names but they were all incredible especially Minnet - I hope I spelt that right). Literally every staff member from the restaurant staff to the welcome staff and especially to my butlers and housekeepers. The food on the resort was excellent. It was the best birthday trip, especially receiving an upgraded room. That was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this resort. My only warning would be, if you do not enjoy the outdoors with tiny bugs and moths and birds be very particular with the room that you decide to book. Overall, this place is worth it! I will 100% be back!
