Beautiful resort with stunning views of the Pitons and a unique chocolate-themed experience. The grounds are peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay.
However, the food is very expensive for the portion sizes, and pricing isn’t always clear upfront. Some excursions and transportation also felt overpriced or poorly coordinated. Keep in mind the hotel isn’t on the beach, so getting there requires a shuttle or taxi.
The highlight of my trip was actually exploring the island outside the resort—highly recommend doing that.
Overall, a great stay for the views and experience, but plan ahead for costs and activities.

Wonderful family gem. We were there as a multigenerational family on spring break. We stayed in newly updated rooms on the Splash side. Very nice!!! A/C worked great. Nice pool, lots of family/kids activities during the day. They do make every effort for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Food is very good for all inclusive. Lots of variety and a new theme menu every night in Coconut Walk buffet. Several restaurants are also available for dining. The staff is the heart of this resort. Very professional and friendly. Housekeeping staff was excellent. They now offer beach cabana rentals and offer golf cart rides to them or maybe a 10 minute walk. Truly a great place for your family.

We always book a night or two at Bay Gardens Beach when in town. We come back because of that at home feel. I love the coffee service and meal options. It would be nice to see an investment in the pool area.

The property is great: beautiful villas, private beach, adults and kiddy pools, motorized and non- motorized water sports options, free entertainments during the day and night or you can choose excursions for extra charge ( we chose jamming sail tour which was a really fun way to see the island). The staff is very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Kids club is just amazing- they have daily programs and you will know in advance what kids will do. Kids clubs staff is great - a special thank you to Christiann. My little one didn’t want to leave at the end of the day! Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Lunch and dinner are average and very expensive if you do not have all-inclusive. Their spa is amazing - it has endless options for relaxation.
The property is far from the airport - be prepared for windy roads if you choose land transportation. Overall, my family and I enjoy our stay. The only issue we experienced was the check in. The check in time is at 3 pm but we did not get into our villa until after 5 pm. We were offered lunch on the house for inconvenience which was great but they need to make check in process more efficient.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Some great elements to the design overall. Staff were friendly. The small shared public beach was not inviting. You didn't want to spend time there. The food was below expectations. Not a five star resort, not close really.
