"Our small family loved staying at this lovely, well designed and very clean home on the Columbia river about 15 minutes east of Astoria. We spent as much time as we could outside on the back patio deck enjoying the view and good weather and did lots of bird watching. The beds were very comfortable, and it was easy to cook in the kitchen, play games and watch a movie in the living room. We were also happy to have AC during hot afternoons. It's a quick trip into Astoria for sightseeing, shopping...

"This is a really comfortable place that works well for large or small groups. It’s full of local art and the furniture and beds are comfy. We spent a week in Astoria over spring break, and there was plenty to do despite it being the off season."

"We were in Longview for a family gathering. This house was a great space - upstairs and down - beds for everyone (had 9 adults, 2 kids). We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening but when we came in for dinner and/or just hanging out talking, there wasn’t enough seating for a large group. That would be the only negative."
