“Family and I decided we would pick hotel with air conditioning next time instead of pool. Pool was so crowded they could not really go in and then it was closed middle of the day on Sunday for cleaning- which seems like a weird time to close a pool.Front desk was polite enough but did not seem very welcoming- no smiles and people weren't lined up behind us or anything.
