“Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. “我們在這裡住了兩個晚上，感謝飯店幫忙安排熱氣球公司的活動，讓我們可以順利搭乘；在飯店前的廣場也可以看到熱氣球升空的畫面，非常特別的體驗!另外，我們最後一天要離開時，因為要趕飛機(怕來不及吃早餐)，所以餐廳特別提早十分鐘讓我們開始吃早餐，餐廳的服務員還特別作了土式煎餅給我們吃，熱熱的吃，好過癮啊~~~最後，有關飯店附近的觀光景點，工作人員也非常熱心推薦與說明，讓我們玩得盡興!”

“The hosiptality was amazing! We had a very warm welcome by staff Rose, she is SUPERB! Gave us very good advise of where was the best spots for chasing hot air-ballnoon and gave us good tips of taking photos in secret places as well. Their vibe on rooftop is incomparable, we enjoyed the time there very much! 3 lovely puppies gave us warm greeting everytime we passed by reception, we love Sophia ”

“I stayed for two nights at the hotel, which is opposite the entrance of Ankara Castle and on the top of the hill, with a good view. The hotel is decorated in a unique and antique style, and the staff is very good, so I would recommend it.”
