It’s a beautiful property, I had the best room with the best view. Everything was clean. The Staff was polite. The drinks and the food were unlimited and of excellent quality. The pools were clean. The beach was easily accessible.
My only complaint was that my bedroom was too hot as I understand it was winter and they probably had a setting of keeping the heating on 24x7, but apart from that everything was top-notch.

We enjoyed the food and the day time facilities were excellent for families however the outside nighttime activities are tailored more to partying and nightlife. Initially we were one of the family suite’s, the room was perfect and beds were comfortable but they are located on the front of the hotel and overlooks a busy road junction, the staff were fantastic and moved us to a room which overlooked the pool and out to sea. Again the room was fantastic but unfortunately for us travelling with kids this meant loud music until at least midnight from the various shows and parties. The night time activities seemed great but not so good if you have younger children and seemed at conflict with the family orientated day times. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.
The entire property is very clean, friendly staff, multiple pools create a relaxing setting. 5 star restaurants for whatever you crave. You can stay on property in comfort your entire stay. We've been to several resorts
but hands down this is our favorite
