“Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!”

“Koridor ışığı kapanmadığı için 1\. Yatak odası kapısıda olmadığı için sabaha kadar ışıkı rahatsız etti , sabaha karşı 4:30 da üst kat çok gürültü yaptı ve sesten çok rahatsız olduk . Ama fiyat performans oteli temiz ve konforlu”

“Girişte çıkış saati belirtilmedi. Çıkış yapacağımız gün temizlik görevlisi saat 12:30 gibi geldi ve çıkış saatinin 11 olduğunu söyledi. Ben de bundan haberim olmadığını ve yarım saate toparlanıp çıkabileceğimizi söyledim. O da benim çıkmam lazım sizi bekliyorum ama çıkmaya niyetiniz yok dedi. Sanki bilinçli bir şekilde bekliyormuşuz gibi bir tavırla karşılaştık.”
