We stayed in the resort for the first time with family for a week. Overall the staff is very polite and their service is excellent.
The bedroom is very nice but some appliance can do updating.
Food is excellent and the Italian a la cart is the best and we go there pretty much every day and no booking needed.
The pool and the beach is nice and it's cleaned every evening by staff.
We would definitely return to this resort with our any problems.

The property is extremely large, with huge gradens and everything is well spaced out. Rooms are large but the bathrooms are quite small in comparison to other hotels on this particular Lara strip. The food variety is excellent, but with the food hall being so vast amd busy, its hard to get a seat and you will get plenty of steps in staying here. The staff are very friendly and polite, overall this is a decent hotel and ive stayed at atleast eight on this main road, so I would rank this in the top three. It is actually more of a five star than some of the others and is well maintained. The beach club and beachside restaurant are a plus, so you can enjoy a lazy day on the beach if you want. Also, the patisserie is lovely, with a great variety of cakes, icecreams and coffees. I will most likley be back at Swandor.
