Vacaciones todo incluido en Turquía

We spend a whole week in the hotel. Since the beginning everything went not well. We were traveling with some friends, we requested to be close and well… it was “not possible”. The first night while having dinner we were eating and they take off our plates while literally eating! Next day they turned off the lights while eating dinner, 20 minutes before the end of the time. One night we come back to the hotel and they didn’t let us get in the hotel with the taxi, they leave us at the loading dock, in the back part of the hotel, I really don’t know at which point a 5 * hotel decided that is a good idea to forbid the entrance to some guest, we were with 2 kids, one in a stroller and another 8 years old. They leave us in a dark and creepy place . I really don’t know how they dare to treat guests that way. Another bad thing was the room… the shower was dirty and the shower door didn’t close, it was awful. They have stuff to make a fast coffee but they don’t provide cups, they have paper cups. I would understand this if the reason was safety but I don’t think so because they let people to get in the pools and in the beach use glasses. I do not recommend this hotel, the building was good but the service makes it a bad place to stay, if you think you are going to be in a 5* resort you are wrong, at least is a 2-3* Never again!

Instalaciones, ambientación perfecta pero nunca me quisieron prender el clima de mi cuarto porque solo en verano los prenden y ... moría de calor

Zimmer Sauber und Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Strand ist schön. Entertainment und Service ist eine Katastrophe. Unkoordiniert und chaotisch, teils unprofessionell. Ich hatte eine Lebensmittelvergiftung vom Buffet und hatte 3 Tage damit zu kämpfen. Den einzigen richtigen Kaffee gibt es in der Lobby. Am Pool und wird gefühlt Instantkaffee serviert und auch der Eiskaffee ist alles andere als Eiskaffee. Es gibt nur Wasser in den Kühlschränken am Pool, für alles andere banale muss man anstehen. Die Liegen und Schirme am Pool sind kaputt und keiner kümmert sich darum, aus dem Wasserhahn im Zimmer kommt kein/nur sehr wenig kaltes Wasser. Die Live Shows sind sehr monoton und ohne Wow Effekt. Der Basketballplatz gleicht dem aus einer Apokalypse, total abgeranzt und ungepflegt. Da habe ich schon sehr viel bessere Hotels in der gleichen Preiskategorie gehabt. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen 👎

Excelente lugar, calidad en servicio, amenidades, comida, todas las instalaciones están impecables, hay zonas para adultos y para niños, de verdad vale demasiado la pena

Muchas amenidades para niños y adultos, el bufete súper extenso, bastantes albercas y servicio 24h. Volveríamos sin dudarlo

Excelente lugar, calidad en servicio, amenidades, comida, todas las instalaciones están impecables, hay zonas para adultos y para niños, de verdad vale demasiado la pena
