The staff was very helpful, especially because we do not speak Portuguese. The breakfast was great and the hotel was very quiet. The only thing I would suggest is to have some toiletries on hand for guests. My husband and I had lost our toothbrushes and it would have been nice to be able to buy one ...
Comfortable and spacious room. The hotel is older, but it is clean and has been taken care of. The staff is very friendly and professional. The Executive Lounge is nice and has a lovely breakfast. Room service was fast and delicious.
We always stay at the Royal Tulip when we’re in Brasilia because the staff is so incredibly friendly and welcoming—including Luciene, Joao, and Cicero, but many others as well. The hotel itself is fine. They are renovating the already quite nice rooms, and the lake- and pool-side setting is fabulous. ...
Staff was very freindly and helped ne extensively when I had problem with my reservation and they fixed it without any problems. I am very apreciative of everybody who helped me.
Great place to stay in Brasilia. Well located, clean, modern, with a nice staff and a great breakfast.
The room is not big and the breakfast is pretty dull however the staff was very helpful
Service was very friendly and helpful. The room has floor to ceiling windows. The gym has new equipments and the pool is never empty.
The service at the hotel was VERY basic. They did not even provide shower gel! They had one restaurant (the service at the restaurant was good).
