"We were a family of 3, 2 adults and one infant. That said, the room was too small with barely any room to walk around in with 2 carry-on luggages, 2 back packs and a travel stroller. For a solo traveler, I’d say this is perfect. Otherwise, the location is perfect as it is right where the Jewel Rain Vortex is at, as well as hundreds of great dining and shopping options if you have a long lay over. The afternoon staff was very friendly and accommodating as well."

"Here’s a polished Hotels.com-style review that flows well, sounds authentic, and keeps it classy: ⸻ Perfect for a Long Layover at Changi This was an excellent option for my 10-hour layover at Singapore Changi Airport. The room was exactly what I needed — comfortable bed, clean sheets, and a hot shower that felt amazing after 15 hours in the air. Sometimes you just need to lie flat and reset, and this delivered. The front desk staff member was incredibly helpful. I had mistakenly booked at Terminal 3 but was arriving and departing from Terminal 2\. She handled the change smoothly and without any hassle, which I really appreciated after a long flight. The booking also includes access to the lounge next to the Sunflower Garden, which is such a nice touch. It’s a great space to unwind before your next flight. I arrived during Chinese New Year, so the spa facilities were closed. That said, it looked like a lovely amenity and I would definitely consider trying it on a future visit. The room itself was dark, quiet, and perfect for real sleep — not just airport napping. There are also convenient outlets to charge your devices. My only suggestion would be offering the option to book longer time blocks, especially when flights are delayed. Overall, highly recommend for anyone needing real rest during a long transit."
