For passengers transiting through Changi airport there is no doubt this hotel is beyond convenient. Our main issue arose from the triple room we had booked as a family, two adults plus a teenager - twin beds were exceptionally small, to the extent that my husband slept on the sofa. The cost of two rooms for a transiting hotel was too high a price point to justify. Only other complaint was breakfast which, whilst plentiful was cold.

This is the best hotel my family has ever stayed at. I especially like its walk-in distance from the airport and the complimentary luggage storage option which is so convenient for travelers like us to explore Singapore without worrying about carrying luggage around.

I liked the size of the room. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom, with great shower. Appreciated the toiletries & roning board. All the staff from reception, in room service & courtage were very welcoming.In room food was very nice. The only thing I was disappointed with was the lack of milk supply for in room tea/coffee, which allowed for 1 drink each

Excellent property.... but overpriced for a airport property that does not provide any shuttle services to other terminals.... its quite sad see that a hotel within airport does not have a shuttle facility.
