Perfect location. Rooms seemed newly renovated so very good. Basic but everything you need. My deal included a dinner and breakfast voucher at their airport lounge across the breezeway - this was all very basic however as I was not expecting the inclusions- it was a bonus!

There was little sense of hospitality or service, and the room was equipped with only the bare minimum. While the location inside the airport is certainly convenient, the value did not feel worth the price. Next time, I would prefer to extend my layover and stay at a proper hotel in the city for a more comfortable and pleasant experience.

The Ambassador Transit Hotel is such a great facility. Accessible, clean, and super convenient. It takes away all of the stress for international travel through Singapore. Yes, itโ€™s a bit pricey, but IMHO worth every penny!
