“Truly enjoyed the experience. Hotel was clean, conveniently located, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.”

“The mattress needs to be replaced. You sank into a hole with your feet higher than your head. It had been a few years since we had stayed there, we were shocked that we were expected to sleep on a mattress that has need replaced for a long time. Not sure we will stay there for a while. Westin and Marriott would never subject you to such a mattress. We use to always stay at the Westin.”
