“this cottage is out of a fairy tale. However it is really a beautifully crafted building. All Oak paneling and trim throughout and done by craftsmen. Complete privacy. Easy access to town and surrounding areas. Plenty of opportunities to commune with nature both around the cottage and the beautiful Tennessee mtns. Only bummer was I discovered the swans were not real. ”

“We absolutely loved this cabin tucked away in a quiet area of Chattanooga yet still close to shopping and dining. The host is was friendly and quick to respond to our messages. We were blown away by the beautiful and unique furnishings, the layout and extraordinary condition of the property. Our stay was so wonderful we didn’t want to leave! Hopefully the next time we visit Chattanooga we will be able to book again. It’s that good folks! ”

“The house was perfect for our stay for the weekend. We were down for my daughter’s parents weekend at UTC. This was close enough to her but always far enough from the downtown area. House looks just like the pictures. Only thing was down fall was the beds have a dip in mattress, so we woke up with sore backs. Nothing that some Advil couldn’t help with. We would stay here again. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! Updated cottage is just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable, all the linens used were soft and felt like home. Large hot water tank where you can run both showers at the same time was fantastic for the five of us staying there. Leather couches were a nice touch of comfort. Very clean and communication with the owner was wonderful. We even played the board games, instead of watching TV. Everyone love it! You will enjoy your stay! ”

“This is a wonderful place to stay at. I'm disabled so we had one step into the house. The place was clean and cozy. The back porch had a lot of spiders and spider webs but there was a broom provided to sweep off the webs. It's located near a river and in a forest covered mountain so spiders are to be expected. Otherwise plenty of utensils and plates. They also have a grill with comfy porch furniture. Very pleased with the stay. Will return.”

“It’s a little confusing and deceiving when you are pulling into the property. If possible, plan to arrive when it’s daylight. Biggest thing is that as you pull in, you’re looking at the backside of the house / property. Once there, it’s just as advertised and amazing. ”
