It was an invasive live commercial for your credit card, that was irritating, good thing I had my earbuds and Narcos episodes to drown that out.

Really old plane! Not comfortable glad it was a short flight.

Christine who was at the gate, was one of the most thoughtful, interactive and amazing attendant I have ever met. There were two flights needing to leave from that gate and not only was she keeping us up to date, but was constantly announcing what was transpiring. We all felt well taken care of and she made being an hour late for our departure worth the time.

I felt your staff was friendly and helpful. I would fly AA again. Historically I’ve always flown Delta.
