“Room was full of ants, all over the counters. Fire alarm went off at 7:00am, buildings evacuated, had to start my day without a shower or cleanup. No announcements or directions from staff. No phone in room. No desk in room. Property restaurants were all overpriced and underwhelming in terms of taste.”

“The representative at breakfast was exceptional. I did not get her name, but it was Saturday/Sunday 4/25 and 4/26. She was kind and very efficient. We loved talking to her, and she should be commended for her work. Only dismayed that there was not a closet or anywhere to hang clothing. ”

“The hotel smelt clean and looked clean. Breakfast smelled extremely good. Even though I did not eat. It. Filled the hotel with waffle and syrup smell. The front desk people were nice. The room smelled very clean and looked very clean. The pool was nice and warm but the pool room was cold. But it was cold outside and they had the windows open”
