“Staff was super friendly and tried to be helpful. My room keys did not work and they were rekeyed and replaced 3 times. Maintenance tried as well. After we had settled in because they couldn't get the room keys to work, we were moved to a different room. They obviously had not had the time to clean it. Floor was dirty questionable as to what it was stuck to the floor. I used wash wipes to clean it. The room was so stuffy and hot. This was resolved in a few hours once the AC/fan kicked in.……

The hotel has two pools that were clean and well maintained. I loved how close this hotel was to everything. We stayed in a pool side suite which was very spacious. “Near beach little loud at night”

“Ice machine room was empty and dirty. The bed blocked access to the ac unit. Had to keep jumping over the bed to adjust temp. Room not very comfortable. Glad we only stayed one night.”
