“Old disgusting room, but excellent location. For the price, I expected a decent room. Everything about the room was old and disgusting. The wallpaper was dated and peeling off, the mirror was tarnished, there were cracks and chunks missing from the wooden door, the bed had a stain on the top layer, and the carpet was stained and worn. The plus is that the hotel is right on the boardwalk and beach.”

“Room was clean with a mini refrigerator. Only dislike I had was the use of a microwave inside the room. A microwave is onsite though. Staff was kind and there is free coffee in the morning. (please add more flavored creamers) A smart tv would’ve been nice aswell. This hotel is a 1 minute walk from the beach which is SUPER CONVENIENT on vacation.”

“Dirty rooms. smells horrible. doors couldn’t open. front desk super rude. Carpet has mold. rooms are dusty. sheets were dirty i saw yellow stains everywhere.i used to love this place. i never want to go back now. 0/10”

“Pool and outside bar”

“They don't make your bed or pick up anything. I was not happy based on the price.”

“Housekeeping never gave clean towels or asked for trash they only cleaned out vacant rooms we left two days earlier and the stole my sons beats headphones they we left in the dresser beside bed and said no one found them”

“Coastal palm inn was a good hotel overall,pool was a little small and pool hours at 8pm was a little early but not a deal breaker breakfast was regular same items everyday not so good but the beach chairs and luggage carts were a plus.The short distance from the beach was the best part,especially with small children.One thing I will say really sucked was the wifi no connection at all.You can do better and improve the wifi.”

“the ck in was fast and Ezy the was nice and clean, staff nice and professional and the restaurant breakfast and lunch assume food outdoor pool nice and clean every thing good am ready to go back again.”

“From the time I arrived it was a very pleasant experience, my room was not ready when I got there, (I way too early) but the front desk made every effort to have my room ready as soon as possible, the outside bar was awesome, I also got poolside service which was great.”
