“We enjoyed the pools. The rooms really needed updated. The stove and microwave were terrible in the room. We asked the staff to replace the microwave and we did receive a new one. We could not use the pots and pans that were provided. They were in poor shape. The channel selection on the television was poor. Our remote would not work properly. Benches near the playground area would have been useful. The laundromat was well kept, but the ice machine there did not work and you had to go to the……

“This is a no frills hotel, but the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The parking was very good as well. The air conditioning unit in the window was a little loud, but it worked fine. The room was small but clean. The walls were a little thin so you could hear people above us and outside in the hallway. There was only a push button lock on the door which may be a problem for some people concerned with security and safety. Overall, though, we got something better than we expected since……

Barely any windows in the room. For the amount of money spent, could’ve went to a better location and better amenities.”

“I was disappointed that my ocean front view was actually st for the patio behind the pool and chairs. So I paid 33o more to upgrade to a higher floor. Then we discovered that the elevator had been out of service for weeks and most of the staff did not understand English. 4 sets of stairs for a couple in their 702 was difficult. One of the activities was a smores event, but no one was informed upfront that each smore kit was $7.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Yes there was a little water damage in the corner ceiling in our room but the room was large, bed comfortable with 4 large pillows, plenty of towels, the pool and hot tub relaxing, 2 blocks from the beach (there is a free beach shuttle) and they give you 2 free beach chair rentals, that was awesome. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Free breakfast, it was mobbed sometimes, but just be patient and polite, plenty of food for all. Had to ask for housekeeping to……
