Most of the staff members were great housekeeping was iffy. Some days the room was cleaned and tidied some days nothing much was done and the bed was not made. Fairly quiet shops around but they have odd opening and closing times. Great restaurant attached to the hotel open for lunch and dinner you can get room service from there to your room which is great affordable and delicious. Hotel breakfast was good nice coffee tea pastries fruit eggs etc. We felt safe and loved the ability to walk around easily. Would stay again.

Only problem was that hotel on site parking was not available. Full when I arrived but city underground parking is only 50 meters away and cost 1 Euro more.
Excellent Pakistani-Indian restaurant 50 meters away. Walking distance to downtown pld city Metz which is gorgeois.

"The room was clean but very sterile. The shower was very low pressure. The room was not very sound-proofed. We had one on floor two at the end of the corridor and could hear all the noises above on floor three. There was nothing in the room e.g. no coffee machine or kettle. No mini-bar or fridge. ..."
