Lo recomiendo y nos volveremos a hospedar
Es un Hotel bien ubicado, de fácil acceso, y con habitaciones tipo departamento muy comodos. Recomendaciones: poner tanque de basura en los baños porque no habían, poner jabón de lavaplatos que tampoco habia. La jabonera de la ducha no tenía jabon. Y por último , “esta prohibido fumar”, sin embargo sentimos en varias ocasiones en el pasillo y cuando abriamos la puerta de la habitación olor fuerte a marihuana. Se que van a corregir esos pequeños detalles. Gracias.

We booked for three and had a king and a pullout. It wasn’t until after 12 we got back from our show and made the pullout but there was not sheets, pillows or anything to use on that bed and called with no response to the front desk. Slept cold on a bare bed.

Nice apartments and awesome views of the city. Beware of the security deposit. The policy says $200 “per stay” but upon arrival, it is per night. And they force you to pay for the entire stay and deposit on one card.

Strongly disliked the check in process. I did not appreciate giving a third party my personal info, including photos of my id and face, much less consent to a background check. Also the pool is closed for the season, that was not disclosed in the property description.

Level Chicago in River north is one of our new favorite places to stay when in the city! Accommodations are impeccable, stylish, and comfortable with all the conveniences of Home. The staff is some of the most friendliest we have ever encountered. LOVE IT! Already booked our next stay and it’s such a huge plus that they allow pets. You will also love the pet run, the common areas the fitness rooms and it’s one of the most beautiful pool areas in the city during the warmer months. LOVE LEVEL

Very nice room and nice facilities, but mixed experience with staff. Some were helpful, others impatient and curt. An email request for a corrected receipt, after the one reluctantly produced turned out to be wrong, was ignored altogether.

The view and space for a family of 6 were perfect! This wouldn’t have been our top pick given we wanted a space with an indoor pool for the kids and the price point was high but Expedia messed up on our original reservation and had to find us a place last minute. Here’s what wasn’t great about this space: cleanliness and maintenance were lacking big time (found a wad of someone else’s hair in the shower), bathroom door had to be lifted and wiggled to open and close, 2 of the TVs didn’t work (maintenance never came after we called), there weren’t extra linens for the sofa bed (received two blankets hours after calling), the garbage disposal was full of what appeared to be cigar/tobacco, and game room was cute but several things didn’t work. We would have been much more disappointed had we had to pay for the price difference but Expedia covered that. Even though we didn’t pay the difference the experience was less than great given how nice this place is supposed to be.

Great place, best if you need a suite for week long stay. They have a $20/night “resort fee “ that is not advertised, so felt that was totally inappropriate since you did not know about until you checked in. The check in process requires a lengthy set of online questions, selfie photo, and photo of DL. All because they do a background check on you! So, don’t think of this as a hotel option, but instead as an extended stay option.

We’ll be back !
Trips was great service was fast, I look at this place as the new way to book hotels. It’s more modern. The card already knows what floor you’re going to do no need to get in the elevator and push buttons. Felt very luxurious!

Lock on room door was broken, had to use a knife from the kitchen to unwedge the lock from the bracket in order to secure door. Extremely unsafe especially for people traveling alone

Stay away if you like sleep
This was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Parties and loud music and people shouting each night from midnight to 6am. The top floors of this building are residences, and my friend lives here. After the first night, it was so bad she had me moved to a different floor. But the second night was just as bad as the first. Front desk kind of helped after I called twice. Also significant things were broken in both rooms. My first room didn’t have a functional phone so I couldn’t call down to the front desk. And in the second room it had a broken window so I couldn’t even open the window to get fresh air. It seems like a really nice building in a nice area, but it feels really cheap and it’s run like a party house.
