My room was not ready for check in. The staff had an attitude with my relative. The are fly strips though out the main floor to include the breakfast area. No hot tub and cold pool . I paid for a suite- the pull out bed is horrible- needs replaced. No coffee pot in your room . The fire alarm went off at 1am and we all had to leave our rooms. I never heard from the hotel to correct my experience .
