“Pool and bar were both closed without warning prior to booking.”

“They billed me for two days that i did not stay. I stayed sunday and Thursday and they charged me for monday touesday and wednesday.”

“The hotel was clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The desk staff were nice and helpful. The rooms are not sound proof. You could everyone's conversation in the hallway. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc. The breakfast worker was rude and cranky. Smiled and said good morning and she looked at me and didn't respond.”

“The halls and elevators were dirty, our room reeked of smoke, and there was only nightstand next to our bed, so my wife had no nightstand on her side. Also, we only had three pillows rather than two for each of us, and the pillows were thin and flat. We did like the renovated bathroom and thought the breakfast offerings were good.”

“Give the receptionist a raise because he was there when we got in at midnight, and again before check out at 10am. Made coffee and was attentive!”

“We stayed 5 days. Twice we asked for clean towels and an extra blanket and were told both times that they didn't have any to provide. The breakfast was decent, but the area was not clean. The pool was designed for small kids - we were 2 adults and 3 teens so did not enjoy it. Also the water was greenish brownish. There was a wedding on Saturday and by Monday, there were still rose petals all over the floor in the main hallway and all of the trashcans in the public areas were still……

“This hotel looks nice in pictures, but in reality there are nails popping everywhere and the bathroom tub is an overlay that isn't applied properly. There were small pieces of trash around the bathroom trash can from the people before us. The lobby holds the eating area and has no sound absorption, you can barely hear the front desk person talking. We chose to not eat there because that looked horrible too. The pool was closed in the morning due to a "chemical imbalance", and the hot tub was……
