"We enjoyed our stay at the "Love Shack". My family and I traveled to Des Moines for a fastpitch softball tournament. We enjoyed our stay. The tournament was hot but the air conditioner was cold and felt great when we arrived. Everything was exactly as described. The dow stairs area was a very cool place to hang out. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area."

"This home was out home away from home. Clean and spacious. This home fits all ages. If u are older and cannot climb stairs there is a bedroom/ game room on first floor. There is no bed just a futon. Beds are comfortable. Lots of games to choose from a nice patio in back and nice deck in the front. Centrally located. Would rent again. "

"Everything stood out! Staff was awesome. Clean room, just really cool atmosphere/decor. Outdoor fireplace was nice. Close to restaurants, hot breakfast. Pool available if you like that. I would recommend this place to anyone. Can’t forget being able to bring my beautiful pup is non-negotiable! Price was same as other places I’ve stayed, that did not even compare. Definitely 5⭐️"
