“You get what you pay for. Wasn't an expensive booking. Room was non smoking but clearly had smoke within an some point. We are very sensitive to this. On a positive note, a credit was willingly granted. Much appreciated. Thankyou”

“Wonderful, quiet, clean and comfortable stay! The staff were friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The vouchers toward breakfast at the restaurant next door is a bonus! The food and coffee….delicious! ”

“Pros: fridge and microwave. Shower, tub, toilet clean. Location convenient for our activity. CONS: a tiny bar of soap & shampoo. So bring your own toiletries. Bedspread, sheet, mattress pads soiled. Pillow smelly and case had grease stains on it. Bed hard. Slept in our clothes. Glad we only stayed one night. Stayed here 4yrs ago and it was great, certainly has changed.”

“Staying here was by far the best stay so far as being homeless. Westend gardens just pretty much stole $450.00 i couldn't stay due to cockroaches and bed bugs no refrigerator no sheets or towels. Now I have no more money. I'm homeless with 2 dogs and my son.”
