Convenient location with newly updated rooms and friendly staff. This is the cleanest low-cost hotel I think I've ever stayed at. 30 is right there and the road noise is constant and noticeable; bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Budget but noisy

The hotel is convenient to attractions around Intercourse and is definitely a budget hotel. It is clean but unfortunately, it sits on the main road with constant road noise.

I am a fan of exterior entrance rooms since covid. Requested a first floor room and a king bed and that's what I got. Check in and out was smooth, bed was very comfy. Had everything I needed. On a main highway (which was good so I could see the amish drive by) but with AC going, traffic noise wasn't an issue. Would Stay Again if in the area!

Affordable stay and no frills.

The room was clean, furnished and modernized. No smoke detector in the room. The property is outdated and the hallways and ice machine were dirty and dingy. The front desk person was kind and helpful.

If you just need a basic, inexpensive place to stay, this is a good choice. Very basic property, no bells and whistles. A little run-down in some of the fixtures/cosmetics, but clean. As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel unsafe there. Close to the amenities on Lincoln Hwy and all that Lancaster farm country offers. Plain, not luxurious, but courteous, inexpensive, and decent.
