Hi Aaron, I'm sorry to hear you had some issues during your stay. We wish you would've reached out to us during your stay as we would've helped you ASAP and called a plumber. I'm not sure why that would've happened during your stay as we haven't ran into that issue ourselves or by other guests that have stayed in the home. Temperatures in Colorado were at an all time low, so I wonder if the pipes experienced some freezing during your stay. I'm also sorry that the Netflix language was changed, guests do change things on the TV sometimes, we would've happily resolved this issue for you. We want all of our guests to enjoy their stay, so we check in regularly throughout your stay, we just wish you could've communicated these issues with us so we could've helped. We hope you were able to enjoy your time while in beautiful Colorado!
